"Shutdown & Stretch Out" classes are designed to support local stress reduction and corporate wellness programs in their efforts to engage employees and their families in a healthy well-being by offering yoga courses on-site in the workplace. There are tools and techniques available to bring the essential benefits of a yoga practice to you, right at your desk.  Workshop topics integrate multi-style certified teachers throughout the Tampa Bay area with focus on nutrition and sleep, breathing, posture, flexibility, back care, concentration, mindfulness, and collaboration.

 

When yoga is practiced at work, quality and performance improve; employees will have greater enthusiasm, sense of value and be able to cope more effectively in stressful situations.
